I feel very lucky to work with some amazing people and enjoy fantastic food in their restaurants. Over the past 12 years i've worked with three Michelin starred restaurants, The Elephant in Torquay, The Cross at Kenilworth and Simpsons in Edgbaston. 

I also work with wonderful businesses closer to home, including London Smoke & Cure , The Corner House in Caterbury and etch. by Steven Edwards in Hove. 

My role as promotions manager for the Bocuse d'Or UK Academy has given me plenty of experience across a range of disciplines and the opportunity to work with some of the UK's best chefs.
